Great location and friendly reception staff but the facilities and cleanliness are lacking.

The location was brilliant for us, 2 stops on the subway or 4 stops on the bus away from Myeongdong and fairly close to all districts within Seoul.

I am not sure if this was just an issue with the cleaning of our room but each time we were provided with new towels there were multiple long black hairs on them, me and my boyfriend are both males with short hair so they must have been the cleaners but when I did take this down to reception he did apologise and give me a new one but it was very off putting. Also another thing is there are only 2 plug sockets in the room, one by the TV and the other in the bathroom and that’s it.

The Designers

They would clean well each day and there were shower gels and shampoo available.

The reception staff was snarky and rude. The room was too small for a family and the doors and lights made no sense. The fridge didn't really work.

No shower curtain so the water from the shower head sprayed everywhere. Additionally, there were not enough hooks to hang clothes around the room/bathroom. Room floor was dusty

Dislocation was ideal. Comfortable transport (bus, taxi and metro) Number, which I wanted, was other number (maybe lux or something like that), in next visit will take other number.

Hotel not new anymore, need refresh remont. In number window was too small. (No one cleaning window and mirror). But in all, it's good for short evenings and sleep.

Location wise it was good. There was a good selection of food and convenient stores around the hotel.

Booked 2 rooms of the exact same room but was given 2 different rooms although next to each other. There was some mold around the bath tub and a broken tile in the room.

Great hotel but poor service standard by a Reception staff.

The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Upon check in, the staff gave us an early check in for 1 of the rooms, without any charge. She was pleasant and helpful is so many ways, when I requested for 2 sets of keys.

Upon check out, the staff attended to me was extremely rude and unhappy when I asked her for a receipt for my stay. She refused to give a proper billing receipt to confirm my check out.l and she also raised her voice and told me to wait for 10mins. She refused to give me her name when I asked for it. This is totally unacceptable in the hotel or any hospitality industry. A staff like her will ruin and tarnish the hotel's Image. She needs to be given a crash course on how to do attend to the needs of her customers and a stern warning needs to be given to her as for guests to check out really early in the morning, she needs to be more helpful and cooperative. Details of the receptionist- a lady with mid length hair, just below ears and with spectacles. Extremely unhelpful and not professional in her job profession.

Location. 5 mins to metro, 10 mind To DDP. 10 mins from airport shuttle bus stop. (in front of TOKoYo hotel) 7-11 is just next block. Room is standard quality, Have all facilities.

Location is 5-6min walk from DDP station very convenient. The room was ok sized for Korean standard's. Not bad for families. many restaurants, convenient stores, exchange shops are around. Price wise not bad but they can surely improve their standards as they have potential.

The room door gets stuck when you close it. The staff are not very friendly and they do not communicate well. The room wasn't cleaned properly no proper supervision. At night at times there are no staff.
