Location/cheap.
Old and pillows not clean. Bed not comfortable. Staff not friendly but not rude just a bit cold.

Great location and friendly reception staff but the facilities and cleanliness are lacking.
The location was brilliant for us, 2 stops on the subway or 4 stops on the bus away from Myeongdong and fairly close to all districts within Seoul.
I am not sure if this was just an issue with the cleaning of our room but each time we were provided with new towels there were multiple long black hairs on them, me and my boyfriend are both males with short hair so they must have been the cleaners but when I did take this down to reception he did apologise and give me a new one but it was very off putting. Also another thing is there are only 2 plug sockets in the room, one by the TV and the other in the bathroom and that’s it.
